William R. Alexander, P.A. Reviews

Ron (AKA William) Alexander, an attorney based in Deland Florida which is in Daytona Beach, FL serving the County of Volousia and the Central Florida Region including Daytona Beach, Ormond Beach, New Smyrna Beach, Deland, Deltona, Orange City, etc. - as a criminal defense, bankruptcy, family law and general practice attorney & lawyer with the practice of William R. Alexander PA as well as Alexander & Manning PA - Dawn Manning - (depending on which page you are on in his website) is a horrible attorney and unreliable, untruthful, schemeing lawyer who will actively solicit and accept your retainer fees with false promises. Ron Alexander assured, promised and swore he could assist in me and my family (wife, 14 year old duaghter) in avoiding a foreclosure judgement despite a defualted foreclosure process becuase he "knew of a recent ruling in the local court" they would have to honor which would protect our interests in a home I maintained a healthy positive equity ratio in.

I just had to give hime $2500 and allow him to aply for Chapter 13 Bankruptcy despite us not truly needing to file bakruptcy since our debt load was very little and the majority of defualted debt was reaching the 7 and 8 year points where it wiped from our records.

However, he called me. HE CALLED ME. He said he could save the home we in tended to retire and die in. He said to meet him on a Saturday. He came to my office, called his 'assistant" and ran my debit card for $2500. Several weeks later, he rolled over for attorney Michael Teale, oppossing counsel, also of Deltona (who I believe to have acted severely improperly in the least and am pursuing Bra complaints against as well). He never defended. He made excuses. Never answered calls or messages. His staff treated us as ifd we were one of his court-appointed clients (ythat should have been a give-away). Then the Sheriff posts a notice to our door advising we had 24 hours to vacate our home. I went to Ron Alexander's office. He tried to pretend he was not there. Then had me hand-write an emergency motion as if I did have a lawyer and fax it to the court - FROM HIS FAX MACHINE (becuase the valid defense(s) we had should have been raised weeks before which he would be held accountable for. HIS WORDS. He then proceeded to literally force me to leav ehis office becuase he had a client who was cooperating with the local Florida Attorney General and/or District attioreny, State Poloice, DEA and FBI which would consume his entire weekend along with an unavoidable family ceremony where a cousin or nephew or something was graduating or something. I thoight it was hugely unpriofessional, unethical and likely illegal for him to disclose such a thing to me. My home was taken and he never returned phone calls or emails.

Before that moment he dsounded greta when we did talk to him though "Everything is goode.", "It is taken care of", "It's all good" and so on. DO NOT LET THIS MAN REPRESENT YOU ON ANYTHING WHERE YOUR LIFE OR YOUR FAMILY's LIFE ANBD WAY OF LIFE IS ON THE LINE!!! There is essentially no justice since attorneys and politicians police themeselves (which you will find Mr. Alexander is intimately familiar with via the local politicaian Steven Delaroche) and the people they take advantage of to maintain their lifestyles, reputations and likely 'owed favors' will never be able to bring these men to justice.
