World Falcon Group, Inc. reviews

Wow. It's awful to hear of your experience, I have been purchasing vehicles from Moe, for years. Fortunately I never had a problem, God willing. But the man Brian, I have found out, that is not his real name! It is Mr. Max, he had a business that defrauded people years ago.. Hitcars.com. I have had problems with this man, I know hes not a good man.

Shipping Scammers - Moe and Brian

Worldfalcon Group Inc deals on salvaged cars. (http://www.worldfalcon.com/). Please don't risk your life or resources by dealing with them. Moe and Brian are cowboy scammers. They will lie to you, avoid your calls, tell you stories about customs and shipping agents in US, and finally provide you with a falsified title. Their main targets are people from outside the USA. BE WARNED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

They will have Short Life and their end will be a disgrace. Lips keep cursing them

It was exactly a year 13/08/14 since this company (Worldfalcon Group

Inc.) swindled me of huge sums of money I transferred from my personal

account in Ghana (Africa) to their account for the purchase of two salvage

vehicles.

It took me and the transport company I hired (Loyal Transportation) costly

measures and stressful time after a three and a half to four months period

when I was promised two weeks to have one 2010 corolla picked from their

site in New Hampshire to Irvington, New Jersey.

Filled with incompetence and cooked lies, in November 2013 they e-mailed to

tell me that an employee of theirs damaged the transmission to the 2010

Nissan Rogue I paid for and that the option will be to have my money back or

choose another car.

I found that demeaning since it was long over due and asked that my $7,500

(cost of the said car) be wired back into my ADB account but till date it's

been one lie on top of the other and delay tactics to an extent that in

January this year 2014 after several pleas by them to have me choose

another car, I obliged.

I have since suffered frustrations, and with persistent advise from fellow

business partners chosen 4 cars and none till date have I been given even

when they all single-handedly cost less than the money I initially

transferred.

Firstly,

2008 Honda Civic with stock #7234 @ USD 3,500 Secondly,

2012 Honda Civic with #7056a @ USD 5,500 Thirdly,

2011 Hyundai Sonata #4015a @ USD 6,999

Lastly,

2013 Hyundai Elantra #8277 @ USD 6,500 which I was told to hold till photos

were posted on their site and when that finally happened Mauricio Diaz

(Manager) also known as Moe, and Jim, who's signatures are on all of their documents

to me refused to take calls from me and did not reply my numerous mail

reminders of our initial agreement relating to this said car.

My transport company have been there on three occasions all at a cost but

they failed to hand them even bolt and nut nor the crowns to those cars.

Consumer complains posted on official websites

confirmed that they indeed are 'old dogs' with Ph.D in these tricks and are

also in dept due to incompetence practice and deliberate actions to dupe

unaware persons and cooperate bodies.

I therefore post this message as a caution note to persons wanting to or are

already dealing with them to BE A W A R E !!! especially if you are not in the United States.

I started posting comments about my ordeal since they appeared on Facebook looking for 'freshers' to scum and a few days later they removed every comment column. This shows we have a voice and the curse of our lips will burry them.

I wonder why America gives these bassets hounds licence to operate.

If ever in doubt or want further clarification please don't hesitate to

contact me on phone:

+233 (0) 26 426 7495 or [email protected] for copies of documents

including e-mail and recorded conversations to support this post.

I will also urge if any out there have suffered in similar fashion to employ their voice and pen in writing on/to this post.

Thank you.

NB: I recently have been contacted by a Ghanaian who's partner is in the US.

He paid for a VW passat, when he went picking it up he was told the car was sold to another person and that it was the mistake of the sales person WorldFalcon employed (similar jive to that of mine) He was asked to choose another car and opted for a Murrano they said was available but he never got even after making additional payment. He visited their office and the Murrano hasn't been given to him. He's again been asked to choose another.

Scammed by World Falcon

I had the most horrific experience with World Falcon. Till date, they have refused to refund my $3750 despite promising to do so several times. Its been 10 months and have not heard from Moe and Brian. They are never available when I call but when I pretend to be a prospective buyer, I am put through to them immediately.

Is there are way we can ensure they do not keep scamming people? I am from Nigeria and I know that a lot of innocent Africans have fallen for their scams.
