This company sucks. Owner is a liar and a dickhead. Can't get square answers out of him. He never takes notes and doesn't remember anything you tell him that you want done. Like talking to a brick wall. Poor communicator and then blames the quality of his work on the home owner.
That was my experience. Just trying to get the word out not to trust him.
I hired Morgan(the owner of world rep landscaping) to do snow removal this season and it has been a nightmare to say the least. First he overcharged me, 20% more than he quoted as the max price, but he was having problems with his older truck and I felt bad so I paid him and foolishly did not inspect all my property beforehand. I thoroughly explained what to watch out for on my property before he began and in a rush he carelessly destroyed several things and blatantly tried to cover it up by attempting to hide the damage. I called him immediately and explained I need the items fixed or replaced and he tried to act like he didn't notice but he aknowledged I had warned him, and he committed to doing it. Well its been about 4.5 months of waiting and trying to give him the benefit of the doubt that he will make good on this. Recently, after repeatedly ignoring my calls and messages he called and told me he was too busy and says ""don't get snotty with me , you can take me to court or wait until I can get to it, and I don't know when that will be"". His lack of professionalism is absolutely horrendous and I am now having to take him to court to be reimbursed for the damage he committed. He's feels there is no repercussion for his actions. He says he is fully insured, but I'm not sure he understands what that even means, or if he has it at all. He did about 5-600 in damage and will not make good on it. Many of these companies on here are great companies, and I have very good success with CL, but I now see red flags with world rep landscaping I should have noticed.
For instance, there is absolutely no where else you can find his claimed 12 year old company withs tons of references thats fully insured and does a large variety of work. He doesn't back up any of his claims of references or insurance, he does not advertise anywhere else. Check out his youtube video he has up, it showcases his unprofessionalism quite well. He doesn't have good working equipment, doesn't stand by his quotes, doesn't do good work, is careless with others property and surely doesn't stand by his word. Please choose any one of the many good landscaping companies on here that clearly stand out from this guy. In my opinion, he doesn't even have a real business, he's just a guy posting on craigslist, pretending to own a company so he can get work. Once again, DO NOT hire this POS, theres a reason why he has cheap rates!!! It costs you more in the long run!

The damages were never brought to my attention and ended up costing upwards to a few thousand dollars which I never received. The job took two months longer than quoted.
Do yourself a favor. Spare yourself the unnecessary stress and hire someone else for your lawn service, landscaping, and snow removal needs. Giving him your money is like tossing it up in a wind storm.
