My wife and I were shown a travle service that would save us alot of money by introducing us to Dreamtrips Worldvetures. There was a $200.00 up front t join this company, and paid $50.00 dollars a month and have a total of $800.00 dollars in so far. We were told it would save us alot of money to travle, and seeing as though we are on a fixed income they made sound realy good and we got involved, only to find out the whole thing was a scam.We calledto complain and all they wanted to do is offer us a lower monthly payment yea ok we are not stupid we just trusted the wrong company. this is a pyramid scam where they try to get you to sell it to with promices of earning a great second income. We will get our money back by going through consumer affairs, and the attorney general of the great staate of south carolina. I found out that north carolina put the cabage to this tipe of vaction club sales in there state.

They told us we could use it for camping, wrong cant do that. They told us it would save us alot of money on hotels, wrong it does not do that either, if you think a discount price say $400.00 for 3 days and two nights in NY city is a good deal, well it might be if you are staying in a realy nice hotel but they do not tell what is avallible, just quotes a price, I could do better than that on my own!!!! The only people who are getting a benefit are the people at the top off the pyramid. I feel real bad for the people that have over $20.000.00 dollars in by just travling to there fake simonars and only made $4000.00 and some change for this dream or what I call a nightmare. Someone has to stop these people, and I am in the fight to win and get all of our money back.Do not fall for this companys promices, they just lie to you and the customer service is just a joke, do not be fooled like we were!!!!!

World Ventures is immoral, unethical, rude, and disrespectful. I called on February 4th to cancel my membership. As I told the representative, I have my next two years' trips planned and it would not make sense to pay over 400$ over those two years when I will not be using the service.

I told them I liked the product and would consider purchasing again someday. I was told that in order to cancel, I would need to follow up with an email, and that I would recieve a confirmation email within 24 to 72 business hours. February 10th, I called to find out why I hadn't recieved any emails yet. I spoke with ""vincent"", the ""account manager"" this time, and he told me he needed to ""rescind"" the previous representative's statement and that the company was growing to fast to keep up with the demand on the department that handles the email requests. (How can they be growing so fast and have so many people calling to cancel?).

Instead of appologizing for my experience, I was given another sales pitch about how the company is growing to 9 countries, etc. He told me that there was no confirmation number, nor did he know when I would get an email, but that I could ""trust him"" that I would not be billed anymore. He stated that I could use his name if I ever got billed again. I told him that I've been told several different things by this time, and I wanted an email, letter, or confirmation number as I was not willing to take anyone's word for it when money is being automatically taken from my account each month.

I told vincent that I was dissapointed in my experience now, that I originally liked the products but the customer service I've recieved has made me want to tell others about my bad experience. Vincent proceeded to tell me how I should have put that much effort into my business and maybe I would have been successful. At this point, I was so disgusted that I hung up the phone.

As another post states, World Ventures has a great business idea, but the company is obviously run by immoral, disrespectful people. I experienced similar things at events, being told about all these people that have made money but everyone I meet is ""new"". I am now determined to spread the word about how terrible this company is, to try and stop anyone that I can from falling into the same fate. BEWARE!!!
