We moved to our apartment 9 months ago and we like where we live except the Management team. First of all, they treat their tenants as if they provide free housing and their attitude is unbelievable.
We went to the Leasing office to get paper works to move out early since my husband will be stationed to Baghdad due to his government job and we will be moving overseas. Kelly Patava from the management office was giving us attitude and she told us that we have to pay for the remaining months of our lease, which is 5 months. I told her that almost every building in this area requires you to pay for the following month after you move out, which is understandable but paying until the lease ends is just a RIPOFF!
I asked her to provide me a name where I can tell us our special circumstance and she said that she's the only person that we could talk to, basically she didn't want to give us her manager's name in the first place. Then after I started complaining, she gave us her manager's name, which I will also write my complaint to. This building has so many empty apartments even though it's a hot location and I don't blame people for not moving in due to the ridiculous attitude of the employees and rip off policies. Stay away from this apartment if you want to be treated well.
