Fairfield/Wyndham Resorts- All I can advise and suggest is DO NOT EVER PURCHASE Time Share / Vacation Ownership from these dirty rat bast**** unless you get it for free- it's actually worth less than free. if your in a position to toss thousands upon thousands of dollars out the window than sign up. If you have already been duped by these ***holes than you might want to contact the Mike Finn Law Group. He is professionally proven, noble, and probably the only Firm in America to stand-up and fight this corporate giant. He and his Firm are really great! I was able to terminate my contract through Finn. Good money after bad!
Go and look at a resort (don't waste your time) take their free crap, but do NOT purchase, remember they solicited you. I promise, it will be nothing upon nothing but remorse, heart ache, and leave you angry at them and yourself If you sign one of their ridiculous contracts. The whole mix was the stupidest thing I have ever done and I'm a 20 year Military Veteran who's been around the block a couple times. My point: These thieves are so good and rehearsed they can sell an Arab sand. Do not purchase, Don't even be polite because the (pushy dishonest Sales Teams) do not deserve it. If they try to keep you there... run! Don't worry about the vacation time they wasted or the $100.00 gift (whatever). Just signal the wife and bolt out of there. No need to be polite, as these peaple are not on your team and never will be.
Fairfield /Wyndham really put the scews to me and my family. They are NOT good peaple, they're White Collar organized crime. They care not for humanity or common morality as greed is the root of this operation. They've been able to rip-off the unwary public for many years using fuzzy math to demonstate value and agregous business ethics to close. A ownership Deed (whatever) has NO VALUE and difficult (at best) to give away. Sounds corrupt and sickening dosen't it? Heed the warning.
The industry as a whole generates huge revenue for host states and the Federal Government. We're talking Billions of dollars, therefore, the Industry is politically harbored. Attorney Mike Finn is leading the way and shaking-up the industry. NOTE: The industry , especially Fairfield/Wyndham have been preying on our beloved elderly for sometime now. They've ruthllessly duped and screwed millions of us, destroying financial security for most and ultering the lives of familly members by injecting financial hardship and creating family discord. Is that "Vacation Memories"? Absolutely NOT. Save your money and plan a vacation it's a much better way. You do NOT want this head Ache and/or heart Ache... believe me!
Well folks, they stole big money, approx. $15K (over $20K) including: Maintenance Fees, Property Tax, and other added Fees). The only consolation we received is out of the contract which is essentially a win when you do the math. The real kicker: We lost little compared to most victums. Most folks won't admit to being duped and screwed, they'll march on like nothing happened... It's a principle issue and I feel responsible to my fellow man to reveal the truth, embarrassed... yes, but that's humility 101. We need to stand-up and fight the good fight. This was an awful life experience and it can and sould be avoided. Kind of funny, as this was our first family vacation and most likely the last. Before this mess occurred, our only vacation was changing duty stations as a member of the United States Military. How does that hit home?
I just want to personnally thank the Fairfield/Wyndham leaders (executives) and their equally scum staff and piss ant Attorneys for doing the right thing (NOT). Even with a rightuous claim and legal pressure they denied negotiation of our contract terms or any compensation what so ever. They had already indirectly admitted to wrong doing by releasing us from the contract but offered no amicable resolution because Legally- they didn't have to... and that's what they're made of. Yes, these scum bags only care about $$$$ not the family they've damaged. Thanks again for the VACATION NIGHTMARE and associated family problems. An extended thanks for dishonoring our elderly and the very countrymen that have sacrificed ALL to secured your freedom and ability to defraud the public; shame on all of you. Our wonderful government has been winking a blind eye and slow to interact. This is Grand Theft fraud folks and it's happening every minute to US citizens and folks visiting from other countries. If theory of universe holds true, they will all face the music and receive equal anguish and perhaps an all expense paid vacation to Satins' Theme Park. Hear me now?
