I purchased this elliptical for $1350 dollars on April of 2014, I did my research so I thought on the product and company I was buying from. I read a bad review they had and the owner told me that this review was from a older person who didnt understand the product and I believed it well same on me. The machine came to h*e appeared to be in good condition, we turned it on and it was making a strange noise, I called them and the owner asked I remove the back end of it and I had to striaghted out a spinning part which was bent and mis alligned possibly during shipping no big deal. They refunded me 75 dollars which I thought was fantastic. Then while using the machine when the machine would move up and down it was making a really strange knocking noise. I called them and sent them video of what the machine was doing they said they would have someone come out. A month later still no one came after serveral calls finally a repair person came out, they stated they needed parts and contacted xceleration fitness who said they were sending parts. well after 2 months of this and still no parts and me contacting them at least 20 times via emal and phone calls they stated they were trying to get parts. Another month later the parts arrived and the repair person came back. Well the parts they send were wrong and this is where is gets very frustrating for me. I understand that some parts can be hard to find but they including the owner Roy Crocker will not return my calls and I beleive he has even blocked me calling his mobile when all I am asking for is status on the repair. I call the offices and they say they will check with support and then dont call back. I have gotten several calls from the repair company that they were using asking if I heard anything from them because the repair company would like the repair done as well. I have been trying to contact them for several months now and still have not gotten anywhere on the repair. The unit has been in my wifes workout room for almost 10 months in peices and still not usable. My next step is small claims court to try to recover my money. I really dont know what else to do. I am writing to this venue and the better business bureau to try to help others be aware.
I purchased a Life Fitnes95t commercial treadmill from Roy Crocker and have been tryingo get them to honor their one year warranty that they have on their ivoice. I have nothing but prolems trying to get them to do the things they said they would do. My opinion it is all talk and no action. I purchased the unit on 4-4-2014.
They have been telling me that they cannot get a part for me because this machine is hard to get! After a month of hearing all the BS I went on their chat line and asked if they had 3 units in stock of the 95t. Here is the answer "Yeah we have plenty 95t in stock" I am so ticked right now because I cannot use my treadmill until this part is replaced.
Somthing needs to be done with a company like this as it is one lie after another because they do not deliver on the warranty.
Roy told me they do repair work for Life Fitness, I am calling them on Monday as I find this very hard to believe.
My opinion is do not purchase from this company, go to your local retailer and spend the extra money because this is not worth it at all.
Xceleration Fitness sells reconditioned commercial fitness equipment. Purchased a StarTrac Treadmill Nov 2012 with a 1 year warranty. It was damaged in shipment, and Roy Crocker said that he'd take of the claim and never did. We never received the damage replacement parts as promised. Then the machine just died, and they no longer return my calls about my warranty claim. Stay away from this company and Roy Crocker.
