XL-A Processing Corporation Reviews

  • Jul 29, 2014

I have the same problem as the first reporter of May, 2014 (Amy). Very similar.

First of all the web offer is very deceptive. I looked at it to see if there were any conditions and I didn't really see anything except what caught my eye of a picture of Dr. Oz. So, I thought, there shouldn't be any gimmicks or deceptive practices here. So I clicked on the trial to agree to pay 4.95 for a trial sample. That's what I thought it was and when I got the jar in the mail it was a tiny jar. What I was trying to see was if I really liked the product how much would the product acually be. But there was nothing on the page. So, I thought once I got affirmation through email that the company would give me more information about the product. No. they did not. I immediately got an invoice stating they accepted my $4.95 and my debit card was charged. So, I'm not one to delve into things right away. I used the creme here and there sporadically over the next few weeks. One day I was verifying my telephone banking on my checking account because I do this daily or every other day and there's now this charge of $3.60 and then another charge of $89.97. So I checked with the bank to see what that was and was really astonished. Why didn't they immediately send me an invoice in my emial just like they did when I ordered the sample? Nothing in my e-mail.

So these people are DECEPTIVE and they are FRADULENT. I found out what was going on and my bank said I had to return the product. So, I returened the product. Shipment MMOF4H1RXBCQK and Ceuticell received my product with information about who I am, etc. It is now two weeks and nothing has been put back to my bank.

I had immediately went to Dr Oz's site and saw this section about advertisers using Dr. Oz's likeness and I reported the Ceuticell website. I see, as of tody, June 23, 2014, Dr. Oz's likeness has been removed. I took screen grabs of Ceuticell's actual site where I made the trial sample request for $4.95. If I can attach them here I will that clearly shows Dr. Oz. ad nothing about their product sizes and costs or why they would just outright charge me $3.60 and 89.97.

I used a debit card for this transactions and try to be so very carefull about online purchases. Some of us don't have credit cards. So, I'm hoping anyone reading this that does a google sees how deceptive these people are. When I called they have a special line set up for cancelling. Now, why would they have to do such a thing?

To be quiet frank, after using the product a little more before I sent it back, I may have really been interested in it but rather than focusing their advertisement on being helpful and marketing the actual product they have gone with DECEPTION and FRAUD in use of Dr. Oz's picuture. So--what does that say about Ceuticell's confidence in their own product? I think it says it all.

So anyone out there that has legal avenues I can give you the screnshots of the website as I viewed it when I placed the $4.95 free trial sample including Dr. Oz's picture. I would really appreciate it if they got back with my bank and restored the money they robbed from me. The information was enclosed in the return of the product packaging. Talk about Customer Service! They guys are SHIT! It always pays to treat a prospective customer with respect because you just might get more buisiness or referrals if you do. But, obviously, CEUTICELL cares not about it's product or reputation.
