I am writing this because I'm so furious I can't even speak!! XO CIGS offers you a kit for $4.95. OK, cool... Nothing about charging after 14 days. It was a sample, with the option of buying more cartridges from the company. This was last year, OK. I tried it, it was horrible! Tasted like motor oil, and also drips into your mouth! Nothing else said, no word from the company, nothing. Now, 13 MONTHS later, I see a charge for 114.95 on my bank account! I call them. Lady said I agreed to a disclaimer that I would return product or agree to the 114. Uh, WHAT? I said no, I am an intelligent woman, I would never, ever agree to that! So, she stated that she would cancel my subscription, since the 114 was paid! No!!! I then asked if it was a year trial, no she said. Why are you charging me 13 months later, after no communication from the company? She says the computer did it, I say no, I'm not agreeing to this, she offers me her employee discount. No! I'm not paying for this piece of crap 13 months later!!!!! I say I want to speak to a supervisor, guess what, no one available. Finally, she says they will refund 104 back, if I agree to send product back, I say OK, now she wants to talk to my bank! I call my bank, thankful they are nice people, and they call. OK great, they refunded 104, I received an email from them stating they have refunded 104, and canceled my subscription. Now the next day, guess what? Another charge for 114.95 on my account, plus a 60 dollar overdraft fee because it made an 8 dollar charge bounce as well!!! You can be sure first thing in the morning, someone is going fix this, like quick, or else!!!!! DO NOT BE FOOLED, THIS IS A RIP OFF!!!!!
