Yallabanana is very unprofessional in dealing with their customers.
I took a voucher of spa first the very first try on yallabanana) and the vendor rejected it when we called them to book the appointment!!
Mistake happens and i asked them to refund they said they can only put into yallabanan wallet. Forgetting the disappointment i had by gifting a voucher of spa to my friend, next time i booked the buffet voucher as a surprise for my fiance. Surprisingly, vendor rejected that too!!
I called, emailed, registered a complaint, i didnt even receive an acknowledgement for the mail..!! instead that lady hung upon me saying "omar will take care" i have been sending mails to omar from that day..!! no response. No refund. No deal. Nothing. Its useless.
