These people are lying conniving thieves. At first it seems legit but then they start ask for more money, little by little they lie more and more. When I first started to use this company it was fine I did miss a couple of payments due to insufficient funds after I got it all straightened out and made up my payments I continued to make payments after I'll was done they called me and told me that some time it had been returned so I just reluctantly decided to pay more after I was done paying I was ensured by a supervisor from this company that I was completely done paying for my device after all that but I still clearly harassing me for payments and calling me sending me emails saying that I owe more of hundreds of dollars.
Daughter Ordered a phone & payment keeps coming out of my checking account each month & should have been WELL paid off. everytime daughter call to stopp payment from coming out of my account they give her a new balance..
they are deducting $55. & change out of my checking account & today we demanded this stop & take my acct no off, so now they said $11.00 due to pay it off....
Well in Feb. $200.00 was balance so the said & this is JUNE 2015 & payment still deducted..
So---- FEB, March, Ap;ril.May & June = 5months, my math = well over $200.00 now they say $11.00 to bay it off ????????
I want a print out of all payments & can't get.

THEY SAID GO ON LINE , weel Go on line & still cant get FULL amount of payments..
I would have to get all my statementa for over a yrar to calculate how much was paid for this phoner thru Y=Buy/ Cricett...
