I went to this company Yes Solutions in Ocala,Florida after finding them on the internet to buy ink cartridges.They offered remanufactured cartridges at a really low price.They also claimed to recycle them and how it helps keep the enviroment safe and clean, etc.I went there and spoke with the owner Ron and he offered me a great deal on a start up kit that would save me hundereds of dollars overall.I paid him $95.00 for the kit and he said I can come back in two days and it would be ready to be picked up.When I arrived and went to pick it up he then told me that I still owed him $65.00.I told him for what and that I had already paid him $95.00.He said that its was for the cost of processing the order and labor to refill the cartridges and ink recycling etc.
When I refused to pay this additional amount and told him that there was no mention of these costs when I paid the initial $95.
.00 he became very offensive.He said look here if you don't want to pay the extra costs I will refund you $30.00.I said you lied and are trying to take advantage of me and rip me off.He said that it is what it is and that I would not get back all of my money and thats final.Please do not go to this crook.He puts on a very friendly smile and ropes you in and then steals from you.I work hard for my money and can not afford to just throw it away to thieves like this.In the end I had no choice but to take back the small refund of only $30.00.I am still very upset and recently have spoken to other people who also have been robbed by this guy as well.Please avoid this company Yes Solutions in Ocala,Florida at all costs!
