Yodle All-In-One Local Internet Marketing & Advertising company is a ripoff, they promised 8 to 16 calls per month and received only 2 calls in a 3 month period, my ads hardly showed up on the search engine results and they were using all the wrong keywords and key phrases. Also, they built a few page website that had terrible content and were only targeting one city instead of twelve cities as discussed at the beginning of the signup. They never called once to see if I was happy with the service and then they try to talk me into signing up for a higher price package, their customer service sucks. I would not recommend this Yodle.

I signed up with Yodle in June and was told nothing but lies on my sales call. I really feel cheated because everything I was told never happened. I was told many many things on the sales call that would happen to help make my website somewhat unique was possible and when it came down to designing my website it all of the sudden wasn't possible. In fact I was told some very specific things that were possible on the sales call and they never came to be true. They are selling you a templet they use for all their websites...there is nothing custom about it. Buyer beware! They will tell you everything that you want to hear then after they get your money the "NO"s start coming. In fact there were several times I had appointments set up with my marketing manger for conference calls that she completely missed! They did nothing to make it right. I asked for a manager to call me and no one did. I am in the process of talking with an attorney to sue them for fraud so if anyone out there is experiencing the same thing please let me know. I spent close to 5,000 and didn't get a penny back.

One of Yodle's services is website templates, which from what I understand cost between $825-1400 per month. Seems like they have many customers! But this money is partially stolen from photographers like me.

Yodle is using some photographs I have taken licensed to stock photography agencies. None of these agencies allow photographs to be used in templates as they are essentially re-selling my work and voiding an agreement between the stock agencies and myself. For templates they must pay an exclusive use fee and other royalties.

I can't comment on Yodle's services, customer service, or success but I can say they are essentially stealing from stock agencies and photographers for their own profit.

To make this right, they need to audit and pay for all photography used ASAP. This is past the need for a lawsuit.

RIP-OFF big times!!!! They are CRAP!!! In 6 month I had only ONE pretty suspicious call (person was looking for oil cleaner) I am in cleaning business. I have one website that I don't promote (just paying for domain name annually) - it just there floating on the net - I constantly receiving calls from it and in past 6 month I had 12 customers that we provided cleaning to and 4 of them stayed with us for long term cleaning service. And with Yodle - NOTHING in 6 month SUCH A SCUM I feel kind a dumb that I went with them, they caught me on a perfect timing, I was looking for some engine or something to expand my company, and to get more customers and etc. They sounded good, they showed me perfect reviews (I think its “their people” to make them look as they know what they are doing as in real – they don’t do anything, just collecting money from people like me)

PLEASE STAY AWAY - I hope I can get on to every complain website to expose this unethical website and hopefully with other unhappy customers, we'll put them out of business!

It was a waste of money, time and efforts, plus lot of frustration, and anger over the whole period, I will never ever work with them, and I advise anyone thinking about working with them, to run away.

I signed up for a 3 month agreement with Yodle in the month of April. the cost was $499.a month, down from $1500. month. that should have been my first tip off, when a rep drops his price from $1500 to $499, you gotta know his ethics are poor. I wanted to believe that they would provide me with 2-3 local leads every week. And that they knew something about Medicare, they didn't.

I did receive my first lead within a few days, but it was from Washington, and my license is in California. I answered the phone, and the person on the other end said they were returning my call. so it wasn't really a lead at all, and not in the State my license is in.

I received a total of 6 leads, none of them in California. I answered all of the calls and no one knew that they were calling an insurance agent.

I guess I should be grateful that I still have my license after this experience.

This company did not perform as they agreed, and when I attempted to cancel, they informed me that they had

alfready paid Google $300, so they would not return all of the money. I went to the bank, changed my debit card, and filed a dispute.

The bank deposited the money back in to my account immediately and will get it back from Yodle.

a few days after I spoke to the manager at yodle, a representative from Google phoned me. Since I don't believe in coincidences, my guess is that google was checking up on yodle.

Don't fall for this slick presentation, this does not work.
