Yourpuresolution.com: I am writing this rip off repprt on behalf of my Mom who is a Senior Citizen on a fixed retirement income. Her English is not very good, it's her second language. Yourpuresolution.com informed my Mom they would consolidate her debt , but she would have to sign a contract, and send them her creditors information. my Mom Also had to set up an automatic withdrawl to Yourpuresolution.com in the amount of $350. Per month. They started the withdrawl in February of 2014. They ended up withdrawing over $4,500 from my Mom's Account And not one cent went towards any of her debt. They pocketed the Money. My Moms health as not been very good, over the last year, she been having heart problems and has made several trips to the Emergency in the last year. She is on medication and isn't in the best of health. My Mom doesn't know how to use a computer and has a hard time with being able to read the English Language. If my Mom didn't tell me about till now and that's when I told her they are not a debt consolidation Company and I told her to stop making payments to YourPuresolution.com and ask for your money back. Jose who is a " cancellation specialist " refuse to refund her money. Jose told my Mom " unfortunately we can't because you signed a contract", this Company has not done anything or performed any services, all they did was hustle my Mom out of $4,500 and didn't provide any service. yourpuresolution.com never contacted any of my Mom's Creditors or performed any part of the Contract besides withdrawing the Money from my Mom's Account. They're a scam, and prey on the unknowing. We will be seeking an Attorney to handle my Mom's Case. This company is a joke, they provide nothing. They are NOT a debt consolidation company.. They offer a service you can do yourself. Hope this helps in preventating someone from being Scamed.
