So I thought my order was contingent upon them answering as to if the spy type sunglasses were compatible with my device. Was told one of their sales reps. would be in contact with me in a few hours. THAT did not happen!! Three days later after the order was processed, they finally respond to my inquiry.. 3 days! I then refused the package upon receipt. Asked why did the order go through without being contacted or told FIRST the product was not COMPATABLE with my device.. Their response?? They were busy! So I asked "LYING MATT" @ Zetronix, if " I would get a FULL and COMPLETE REFUND?? " ANSWER? YES!! Later I find they charged me shipping for something that was TOTALLY UNUSEABLE TO ME AND PAID FOR THEIR SORRY A** CUSTOMER NON- EXISTING SERVICE!!
