Ordered them 2 laptops, i told the associate-sears only. I got home and
I saw the invoice read zoom usa. What? I called sears and tried to cancel
The order. The customer service told me we had to contact zoom usa,
They had nothing to do with it. What? I ordered it through sears. At that time
I did not know how to get a hold of zoom usa, i had never heard of that company. It's hard to find on search engine also.
The two laptops on the invoice were the exact same. Lenovo ibm t60 widescreen laptops through the sears website. When the laptops arrived
One was a widescreen but a t60p, that one was fine. The other laptop was
A t60, but not a widescreen-like i ordered), it would not work. I had a
Professional look at it, he said it had a password that none of us will know
To get it to work. I called, no answer. I called, again no answer. I waited a
Few minutes called, no answer. I called back as soon as i hung up. A man answered i had my tech guy explain it. They gave me a rm #. I returned it.
It took forever to come back and it was the same laptop and still not widescreen.
It did not work very good. I called and i called and called, nobody would
Answer the phone. I e-mailed also and nobody responded. Then when somebody finally did answer-that same man told me my time was up, you only have 15 days. I told him, "you did not answer the e-mail or calls. It is your fault the time is up and my grandson paid for a widescreen and he did not get a
Widescreen. You should be ashamed of your selves for ripping off a 10 year old.
I called sears, an associate tried to help me but somebody higher up said no.
I wouldn't think this is even legal, sending a person what they did not order
When they are paying for it. I told zoom usa it was not legal. I capitalized all
The things that are supposed to be capitalized and it keeps changing on it's own.
Purchased a refurbished laptop from zoomusa in Jan. I purchased a windows 7 and they sent me a windows xp. It doesnt work, and they wont take it back. They also blocked my e-mails, I called Sears, they put me on hold and never came back. I called again and got someone in India that I couldnt understand.
I am writing to request a refund of my money that I have yet to receive my property.
I am also filing a complaint with or against sears and your 3rd party vendor zoomusa.
On march 27. 2014 8:47 pm I made a purchase of a dell latitude d620 laptop order#2354631. It was found to be defective and inoperable. At that time I requested a refund but zoomusa policy is no fefund. Now I understand what policies mean. I also understand what a contract mean as I have not entered any contracts with zoomusa or sears. I would have nevered made a purchase from Any dealers that does not give refunds of my hard earned finances.
I have been constantly lied to and repeatedly been given the run around. I've spoken to at least 20 different persons requarding this matter, all to no avail.
I have to say that this situation has caused me a great deal of pain, stress, pressure and alot of other negative feeling. It is almost 2 months that I made this purchase and I still don't have my property or returned money. My daughter has been unable to do her school work as well as I have been unable to do any business.
So everyone is telling me there's nothing they can do about it. What ever happened to the customer is always right.
