Received the Zooper stroller and within two months the spring in the wheel broken and the wheel was impossible to reattach. Contacted the email on the website [email protected] and was contacted by Vincent Lan. He requested more details, sent him a video of how the wheel would not reattach. Contacted him again, he requested more information with pics. Sent him the pics and very specific details on how the wheel wouldn't attach. No reply, contacted him again, was told he needed the pictures. Resent him the pictures at least 4 more times, contacted him again with no reply. It has been 6 months since I initially contacted the company about the wheel/spring broken. Still no reply. Contacted him to find out why he hasn't responded. Poor customer service and no help, so now I have a stroller that fits my carseat but cannot use because the wheel won't attach. Waste of $229 for only two months worth or use. Do not waste your money on their products as they may break easily and they will not help you replace or send a replacement. Very disappointing.
