The pop-up entry on the internet sounds as though you are ordering a trial sample but instead you get a full size product and then are billed full price. After a month or so another one is sent with no bill or option to return the product and get a refund. How is it possible to stop these future mailings and stop them from deducting from my account? It is a very costly lesson .

Lavish Skin Care and Derma Bright Scam

Yes it is a scam.

Call Derma Bright and have them connect you to Lavish skin care. They are both out of the same office and have the same shipping address. I received %75 back off the order and I will sell them both on eBay to make up the difference.

Don't open them!

Unnatural Ingredients

Natural ingredients were only listed in the site and Dr. Oz's show but when I received Lavish there are ingredients such as Phenoxyethanol & Glycerin which are unhealthy for the skin..

Rip Off with Beauty Scam

If anyone needs to contact Lavish Skin Care, they can be reached at 877-637-4555. They will make every attempt to convince you to not cancel but offer a 50% discount on the cost. They did issue RMA #'s for both products I was returning but did make mention of a restocking fee.

If you go to the Better Business Bureau (BBB), you will see over 26 pages of complaints just since July 2014 that have been made on the company and of which all have been given a 100% refund of their charges.

They know what they do isn't necessarily ethical and they just barely skate on the legal side of what they are doing. By not supplying a packing slip or even an invoice with the shipment or any type of return policy statement, they make every attempt at wanting to return the product very difficult. Shame on You!!

Lavish Skin

I, too, have been scammed. I ordered the product on line and paid the initial fee for the sample. Next thing I know a charge of $89.00 is on my bank statement. I am over 65 yrs of age but when the sample product was used my face broke out in pimples and big welps. This product does not and will not do as advertised. When I tried to call and cancel the phone line was always busy. Yes, this is a scam and I hope people like me will stop ordering sample products on line as most of them you cannot trust.

Lavish skin

Got my $4.95 sample and it made my eyes almost swell shut. Needless to say, I stopped using it. I did not know that more would be sent. (He said it needed to be cancelled within the 14 days of using my trial sample as stated in the terms of agreement, which I must have missed.) When the next month came with a new bottle, I called the number on the back of the bottle. The only thing they ask you is if you want to cancel your future orders. I said yes. I tried to email their customer service dept, but the emails came back undeliverable. I called the 877 637-4555 number again to find out how to return the order. It stated that I had cancelled future orders and gives you no other options to talk to anyone. In desperation, I pushed zero and it did go through. The rep. said I had closed my account so there was nothing he could do. I told him that was the only option I was given! I explained that I did not want it and wanted to return it. He again said my account could not be opened as I had closed it. I complained some more and he said he would talk to his boss. He came back on and said the best he could do was 30% off. Funny, he could open my account back up to give me 30% off, but not give me any numbers so that I could return it! What a rip off! Never again! Beware!

Lavish Skin cream

I give this product -00000 rating. If you ever see this ad pop up on your email or facebook DO NOT sign up for it. The ad said that I would get a free sample for only shipping costs. Some people are saying that it says you get a free 14 day trail sample but I didnt read that. I know for sure that it did not say anything about if you did not cancel you would be charged for another bottle. I was charged $89.73 4 days before my 14 day trial period would have started if there was a 14 day period. They took the money out of my acct. 15 days after I ordered the product but I received the order 18 days after I ordered it. I cant begin trying something 4 days before I actually get the product. I called them and told them that the ad did not says that I would be charged anything 14 days after I ordered it. The man I talked to said that the ad did state that. He said that he could take 25% percent off of that order. That was all he would do for me. He wanted me to say that I would accept the charge if I agreed to that but I told him that I would not agree to that and that I would be disputing this charge with my bank. I'm sure that the call was recorded so I wasn't about to agree to his terms. I cancelled my visa card that day so it would not be possible for them to scam me out of anymore money. Be sure to do the same because from what I have read from others even after you cancel they will say they have no record of your cancellation and will continue charging you 89.73 and new bottles every month. I have filed a dispute with my bank. That hasn't been settled yet so I will have to wait and see. I also tried to go back to the original offer to reread it but you cant do that. It just says that offer is no longer available so I have no proof. To dispute the charge with your credit card one of the requirements is that you have to call the company first and try to get them to remove the charges. Be sure to get the ID # of the person that you talk to. I tried two phone numbers that people have given on this website but they were both disconnected numbers. The number that worked for me is 714-418-2111. I wish we could file a class action lawsuit against them but I have no idea how to do that.

DermaBright & Lavish Skin

I received both sample products in the mail on Nov. 18th, after reading scam reports, I called and cancelled Nov. 19th. I should have been suspicious when I ordered the free trials, they would not say how much they'd bill you on their advertisement, neither did they say how long one had before they would deduct from your account. They say you can try the sample for 30 days, but reports have come in saying people's accounts had been debited after only 14 days! that was enough for me to call and cancel. And yes, like someone said earlier, DO NOT be taken in by their cancel options! I was asked why I wanted to cancel, when I told the rep. of the registered on-line complaints, he acted as though he knew exactly what I meant, he wasn't surprised at all. He offered half off right away, in lieu of the holidays he said, I said NO! please cancel. DermaBright & Lavish Skin are together because I specifically asked the rep. He pulled up my information through my phone # when I placed the trial offer, and saw where I had ordered BOTH free trials and he cancelled them both and I got a confirming email of the cancellations. If they try and deduct from my account after the cancellation, I have printed out the emails and will have something to debate with. I told the rep. if I find that I like the product and it works for me, I'll contact them, which is the way these free trials should work in the first place.

found number on packing slip

phone number is located on packing slip right under the company name. make sure to get agents ID # who you spoke to. Also, fight to get a full refund. At first they where only going to give me 25% off. As I had a skin reaction to the cream, I asked for a full refund. Agents responded with "do you know of anyone who may want to try the cream", I responded with no. Who would want to try the cream after I had a reaction to it. This is definetly a scam..

unable to contact

I am in the same situation just like the rest of Lavish skin customers that were unable to contact them. I got a number from another company ( bright skin) whose product was offered alongside with Lavish skin 1 877 637 4555. bright skin willingly helped me cancel any further deliveries with an e-mail confirming the cancellation. I was told however that they are not connected with lavish skin. The first time I called the number, the office was closed; the next time I called this number, it sounded like it was a fax number. I tried several times at different hours of the day but the phone never ring but instead there was a long irritating sound as if like a fax machine. please help if you have a contact number, I got a different number from other unhappy customers and I will try (1 714 418 2111.

Don't let the cancel options fool you.

I ordered a sample. Nothing in the package said I had 14 days to cancel or I would be billed the full amount. I called customer service. They offered a couple of cancel options that are misleading. If you listen to the entire automated message, you can cancel but you will still be billed. I waited for the option to talk to an agent. I was on hold for a very long time (877-379-0392). I was firm and said that the offer was fraudulent, that I wanted my account closed, and no future charges to my credit card. The agent complied with my request and immediately sent me an email to confirm the cancellation and no future charges. If they fail to comply with their promise, I will certainly follow up.

I located an ad on Facebook. This advertisement appeared to be endorsed by Dr. Oz. It touted two different anti-aging products to be used together to improve skin condition and help with wrinkles from aging. These products came in two packages from differing locations.

The two products were Rejuval Skin which was a cream to be applied following the use of Lavish Skin which was to be applied first after cleansing. There was a 14 day trial during which you could cancel. But there is no way to contact Lavish Skin. I made the assumption that the number associated with Rejuval Skin applied. When I talked to them about cancellation it was for their product only. It remains to be seem if they follow through. They were quite short and forceful saying they had no connection with Lavish Skin and promptly hung up.

All I have for Lavish Skin is the address on the envelope in Santa Ana, California. There seems to be no web site or number for Lavish Skin. I do question why Rejuval Skin denies any knowledge of Lavish Skin when the trial offer was advertised as a dual product regimen. When I received another shipment from Lavish Skin I returned to sender. I am unable to contact them about refund.

I am very concerned because they have my credit card information as well.

I am one of many people who foolishly ordered a "free sample" with shipping costs only. Two weeks afer I placed my order, my account was billed although the sample had broken out my skin and I tried to cancel.

There is no phone number available; no order sheet, account number, or packing slip was included with my shipment. I am trying to prevent any more withdrawals from my account. Since I cannot contact the company online or by phone, I have written a complaint letter and will work with my bank to dispute the charges and stop future ones.

Lavish Skin

I found a customer service number for Lavish Skin. It is a recorded message that allows you to cancel your membership immediately. They do not give you an option to speak with a live person. They send a confirmation email once you have cancelled. The phone number is 1-800-504-9838. I called to cancel another membership for Bright Skin. I asked them if they had any contact number for Lavish Skin, and they gave me their number. I have sent an email to Lavish Skin's Customer Support about returning unused product. We will see if they respond.

I saw this ad and the offer to try the 2 week supply of LAVISH SKIN facial product for the cost of shipping charges only. I carefully read all information to make sure this would NOT be an automatic monthly shipping item like some diet pill ads are. I did not approve any other shipment then the initial trial size.

I had a reaction by the second day. I stopped use and went to my Physician. I had to purchase 3 different types of perscription steriod creams until the third one gave me relief. this took 22 days. This was suppose to be a two week sample and 30 days later they shipped without my approval and I have not been able to contact and get a response from any type of represtative from LAVISH SKIN . It is not a corporation.

I Strongly recommend NOT trying this product. We no longer see the commercials in Thurston County Washington. It is a short run adand a total SCAM.

I ordered what I thought was a trial sample of Lavish Skin product. After I received my order I was then billed for the entire amount. I was not aware that this was an autoship situation but I thought my bad and kept the original order.

After much searching I managed to find a telephone number for these people and called to cancel my account. I told the man on the phone that I had returned the second shipment.

Today I called to find out why I had not recieved a refund only to be told that I did not ask for some number to return the second shipment so I would not be getting a refund even though I had shipped the product back. I explained that I had told someone that I had returned the product when I called to cancel but according to the rude woman on the phone that didn't matter even though their employee did not give me info to return the product.

So I do not have the product and I am still paying for it. These people should be put out of business! I admit that I am not as sharp as I use to be when I was younger but terms on these type of offers should be much clearer. I am out grocery money that I could not afford to loose.

This company "Plays you"!

We ordered the "Free Trial"... Got it, then a few weeks later, received another "Sample" (or at least we thought it was... perhaps a mistake/double shipment?). SHAME ON ME for not checking my charge slip, but now I see that we were charged $89.73 for that 2nd shipment. At this point we are still unaware that we are on a monthly billing program #@$%^&

On Month 3 we received a shipment and I called to cancel, which we did over the phone (got # from charge card). After a long attempt by "Customer dis-service" do keep us on the program, they finally admitted to canceling future orders.... A month later, we received a 4the shipment AND charge of $89.73. I refused the shipment at the post office (sent it back). Called Customer "Dis-service" again, mentioned my conversation to cancel 3-4 weeks ago, and the fact that I refused the last shipment. The rep told me that there was no record of the "Cancellation" (shame on them!), and that they will not refund a refused shipment!... Our conversation started to heat-up, and she hung up the phone on me! (Do you believe this??)... I called back, entered our phone #, and there was "No record" on file (it sounds like we are finally "Cancelled"!!

I contacted Visa and told them NOT to accept future charges from this vendor.

Very mistrustful company!

Phone number

I don't receive a packing slip with the orders I receive and have not been able to locate a phone number with which to call the company. I don't like the product and want to cancel but can't find a way to contact them, so was wondering if you still have the phone number you used to contact them. If so, would you please share it with me? Any help would be greatly appreciated. You may respond to: [email protected]

Thanks so much,

The products came and next thing I know I had 2 charges one for $89.73 and one for $89.34!! No invoive or any way of contacting the company was enclosed in the box just the product itself. Now I have received another shipment which I did not order and assume will be charged again. I want my orginal money back and want off their list of ever receiving anything again but have no way to contact them. Please help take care of this total ripoff!!!!

This company offers an online Trial for their skin care product. They will only charge you $4.95 for shipping and you receive a one month supply with which you are suppose to receive a one month trial period. However, after 2 weeks my bank account was charged $89.00 for this product. Then before I could do anything about it, they sent and charged another month's supply. Can't seem to find a phone number or anything that I can contact them to cancel. Even though it was endorsed by Dr. Oz, or so they say, don't do it. It's a very big problem.

I had same experience, but even worse, I also ordered the free trial for another product. They charged me two months about $360 already and I just found out. I called their customer service for cancellation, one representative said they can help nothing except cancellation for future order and she also said the lavish product is not from them. When I called second time, the representative said she could not understand my English at first and could not help me. I knew she tried to not help so I argued with her. After I asked her to find my account on their system and she found the two products were cancelled, but they can not accept the return even with original package. It's a costly lesson for me, I hope other people learn a lesson from it.

After I took an online survey about a product I was using, I was offered a free trial of Lavish Skincare, to be charged only for shipping.

I was never notified I would be put on autopay, i was simply sent a receipt. i have nothing in writing from them about autopay. Then I was charged $160.00 by them and told I had to pay because I did not cancel withing the alloted time.

They are making money by being deceptive, not because they have an excellent product. Now I have to spend time disputing with the bank.

I pick this anti aging cream that was supposed to be free all I need to pay was $4.95 and also a under the eye cream called Derma bright for an additional $3.95 so I gave them my bank information and that was on 11/12/14 and now 11/26/14 I get a call from my bank for fraud protection saying my account has been charged by Wrinkle for $88.28 and Elegant anti for $89.73 in which I never agreed to never seen seen it was a free trial nothing. I received the product which is still in the box unopened and now my banking account is frozen until they get this straight. Please anyone that gets a pop up from these ignore it cause it will cost you big time in the end. My next step is to go to the BBB of California.

I saw an ad on Facebook offering free samples of Clinique and Estee Lauder cosmetic creams only charging shipping charges. When the product arrived it was Lavish Skin and Derma Bright not what was advertised. I tried the product since it only cost $3.95 and $4.95 shipping. The product broke my skin out and I was not able to use it. I didn't give another thought to the whole orderal until I was checking my account and saw charges of $88.28 for Derma Bright and $89.73 for Lavish Skin. I called my bank and found out who had charged my account and found out it was Lavish Skin and Derma Bright. The product was ordered on 10/16/2014 and they made charges to my account on 11/04/2014. I got the numbers to call from the information provided to the bank. I called them yesterday and demanded a credit be issued to my account and was told that I was required to cancel the product in order to not have charges incurred. I feel I have been ripped off. They refused to credit my account and I informed them that I would report what happened. I also instructed my bank to look into the matter as a fraudulent charge. The phone numbers I called were 1-888-316-9477 and 1-877-410-6850. To me this is false advertising and fraud. I have learned my lesson. I will never order anything else on line.

I purchased a trial offer ($4.95) of a Lavish Skin Care product. I saw no information that by doing that I was automatically enrolled to receive monthly shipments. The first unauthorized shipment I thought was an error. The next months shipment was rediculous. I took both unopened boxes and sent them back.

i received an email acknowledging they received the product and future shipments and billing were canceled.

I called to get credit for returned boxes and was told it was too late and there was no rma no. (Employee rudeness extreme) She said the boxes were tagged to be sent back to me. I hadn't received them. She said she would send a note for them to be sent. I told her not to do that because I was going to pursue getting credit through an attorney or the credit card co.

It was unsuccessful. I called back and asked them to go ahead and send the product back as I was unsuccessful. Guess what....too late. now I don't have the product and no credit!

Customer Service Argumentative

When I noticed I was charged the $89 monthly fee I was a bit shocked. Unfortunatley, I did not notice that if you did not call withing 14 days (that includes shipping days) that you would be charged this amount. When I telephoned the customer service gentlement was argumentative and even tried to send me another bottle. Finally I got a 35% refund for the product.

On july 24,2015 on aol i saw a link for "miracle cream" - Lavish Skin Care and Nova Derm Eye Cream with Dr. Oz pictures all over the page and pictures of celebrities. It was advertised that the miracle results come only when you mix two products together. I took a chance and placed an order. After puting my credit card info, and clicked "submit order" on the receipt i saw an additional charge for another cream that was not even on the page - Neudermis Anti - Aging Cream. All 3 creams were offered as a free trial, and I paid for shipping only. So I had 3 charges billed to my credit card: $4.95 + $3.95 + 4.95.

After placing my order and making a payment, i desided to do more research on the creams i just purchased. (Stupid is as stupid does ....why I did not recearch before ??? most likely b/c i saw Dr. Oz was used for advertising these products).

The only info I could find was for Nova Derm Eye Cream and not about the product it self, it was only how after your tiral has ended, after 14 days you will be charged $89.94. It also said you can cancel at anytime, no commitments. When I called 877-348-3844, on July 25, 2015 next day from my order day to cancel the order, the first rep was Nick, who just disconected me when he heard about the cancelation. I called back, and spoke to a second rep - Trevor, he said I can not cancel until I get my order, and will obtain RMA# from them, and return the product back. Waiting for my order. I thought you can cancel any time ????

Today I tried to find the same link that I used yesterday, but I couldn't. I found almost the same links but with different cream names. However, it had the same client comments from yesterday. When I wanted to click on "add comment", nothing happend, the page for comments was not available. I realized, that the comments are fake too.

When I started to investigate more, I found that multiple products with different names are sold from the same address. I found multiple claims complaining about all different products from pills to creams, and all of them had the same address as i posted in my complaint. All those people paid just for shipping, and were charged later on full prices, all of them cound not cancel their orders.

Since all transactions are coming from the same address , I would like to request an investigation of the address and who is running that facility. They are robbing US citiziens!!!!

This product was advertised as free, only pay shipping, which was charged to my account. then 2 weeks later was charged 89.73. I was told that the website had listed that it was a trial, and we had 14 days to cancell. there was nothing about a trial period listed on their web page. the product doesnt work at all, it was all a lie, this is a scam.

  • Jul 21, 2015

An absolute ripoff. Product is inferior, customer service is aggressive and rude, don't fall for their claims!

  • Apr 18, 2015

Via the internet, I paid $4.95 for shipping and handling for an eye cream and $4.95 for a ace cream supposedly recommended by Dr. Oz. Only received one of the creams and I was charged $84.75 and $89.75 for ? future delivery of creams. I called the only phone number I had which was in my debit card materials, person said I should have read the other print under where I authorized the $4.95 payment, which said $89.75 would be charged on a continuing basis. I told him I had specifically looked for something like that and did not see it, he said it was my own fault and that they did not make refunds. I will be working with my bank on a credit card dispute. DO NOT do business with this company.

Ordered Derma Bright product and Lavish Skin Care product for 3.99 and 4.99 respectively. Wasn't informed it was a reocurring shipment at the price of $88 and $89 respectively. Received second shipment, contacted them and requested a refund and cancellation of both products (seems they are 2 diff companies but the have same address, same call center personnel) but had to call 2 diff numbers for each...even though I ended up talking to the same clerk for both products...eventually. lol.

At the 2nd number (Lavish Skin) I was confronted by a "manager" (even though she answered the phone) who told me I couldn't return the product as time had elasped (although she didn't use that big word). I informed her I was going to return it and get a refund minus the restock fee ($10.) and she went into her "you are not going to tell me what we are going to do"; I told her, "I just did". She hung up on me so I called back. Got the other guy I had just talked to (at "Derma Bright"), to return the Derma Bright product. He wanted to know what happened (obviously he was sitting right next to this girl during the call) and I told him to ask her...he was persistent and I told him, again, to ask her--is all I wanted to do was to return the product for me entitled refund. I told him I'd be contacting the company to complain about the rude clerk and he told me she was a manager (really? answering phones in a call center and hanging up on customers as she did with me?). Wow. Stay far, far away from these shady companies and from "the manager" at Lavish Skin Care. lol

I ordered lavish skincare after seeing a commercial on television. It was advertised as a free trial offer for the shipping price of $4.95. When I went on the website in addition to the lavish it said I should order derma bright for 3.95. This past weekend i noticed a charge of 180.00 from my checking account. Evidently they thought they were going to bill me this every month. I have a life-threatening disease and live on social security. They are crooks. Ads and website very deceiving. Don't order from them. You will not get your money back. They over drafted my account. Finally to shut me up they offered 40.00 and I want it all back. I suffer from cognitive disabilities from my illness and these people will rip anyone off. I asked how they would feel if this were their mother and they refused to answer. I will file anywhere and everywhere until someone listens. They need to tell people they are going to be paying much more.

  • Mar 26, 2015

I ordered the free trial and the day i recieved it i called and cancelled the order they took 89.00 out of my account. I threatened them in an e-mail so they e-mailed me a number to call. I called the number and spoke to someone who spoke very bad english and was told they would refund me half of the amount. I ask to speak to a supervisor and was told her would be in on Monday. I never got to speak to a supervisor and no money refunded. This is the biggest rip-off i have ever seen.

rma number is 17 digits long, you must pay shipping and handling back to the company along with a 9.95 restocking fee. will take 30 business days to see refund in bank account.

LavishSkin& DermaBright - $364.92 Scam

I placed an on line order (which included a photo of Dr. OZ) for Lavish Skin trial, cost; shipping & handle only. Received both Lavish skin and derma bright with a charge to my CC of $3.95 & $4.95 dated11/27/14. On my next CC statement dated 12/13/14 to 1/12/15 was billed $88.28 & $89.73 date - 12/15/14. The week following receipt of this Statement I received a second order of each products, which were returned to sender unopened. Also on this same statement were two additional billings of $88.23 & $89.73 (date shown - 1/12/150) total scam of $364.92. I have since received e-mails from each company, (Return Notifiations and Cancellation Subscriptions) which I never new I had. I Have Copies of everything.

Too bad they have my money!!!

Lavish Skin and Derma Bright RIPOFFS

Like many of you I got ripped off. Thought I read all the fine print and missed something. Caught it in time to have credit card co. BLOCK any additions to my account. Also, having them look into fraud for me. The phone #s that worked for me were 877-361-1056 Lavish and 888-535-2570 for Derma. Not that this will get you anywhere. I called several times to no avail one guy offered 75% back and one guy actually laughed at me and said we win 100% of our cases against us, which my cc co. took exception to. I think there are some options still out there, but am still angry for being taken in by this SCAM. I wish I had thought about looking them up before pushing that button. My cc co. has come to my rescue before, so here's hoping. Good luck to those who bought and DON'T BUY THESE PRODUCTS TO EVERYONE ELSE!!!!!!

Lavish Skin and Derma Bright

Stupidly ordered items online from a company that doesn't use pay pal as an option. Also, didn't look up scams of co. Or products i.E.; lavish skin and derma bright, which are the same co. Was drawn in by pay just $4.95 for shipping with no further purchases required. Nothing about automatic addition to credit card. I thought i looked at all the fine print before clicking that button, but alas, i was mistaken by the spam pros. They do, however, say right in "the push this button" button that there is a 100% satisfaction guarantee. They also said, when i called, that they don't add the extra 'balance' for 14 days, which is in the terms and conditions, but is along with; we start the 14 days after 4 days for shipping timeā€¦ guess they can't add either as i ordered on the 3rd of feb and they charged my card the extra amount on the 18th of feb. 3+4=7+14=21 not 18. I read this after the guy laughed and said i guess you didn't read the terms and conditions, but what would that have mattered? They don't even go by them. I am pretty sure there was no terms to read that said anything about what the price would be after just 14 days. It is at the very bottom of the website. Anyway, don't forget to contact your credit card co. Right away as they can block future additions to your card. They, also, can investigate on your behalf. Good luck to those who have been taken in and don't order these products if you haven't already!!!!!!!!!!

Forced to cancel credit cards because I am being hit about $180.00 a month for a very deceptive scam.

I am ready and willing to return all of product (un opened),but company will not respond in any manner.

  • Mar 7, 2015

This company is a HUGE rip-off and very dishonest. Do NOT order anything from them or you will truly be sorry! They will continue to charge your credit card until you cancel and by then you have lost big bucks!! They will only charge you $4.95 for shipping and you receive a one month supply with which you are suppose to receive a one month trial period. Then they charge your account for $89 and if you don't call to cancel, they will continue to take money from your account each month. HUGE RIP-OFF and very dishonest company!!! Don't order from or deal with this company Lavish Skin Care is a HUGE SCAM!!

  • Mar 3, 2015

Lavish Skin Care and Dermabrite companies offered a product for a 30 day trial. I ordered the items and then noticed that they had charged my credit card for both products before the 30 days was expired. I did not like the products and attempted to return them, but, unknown to me they are hidden!! There is no phone number, no customer service, no website or ability to "contact us" to request to close the account.

I'm having difficulty with my credit card because of what they have done. I am disabled and cannot be defrauded like this!!

I have ordered beauty supplies before on trial bases, and have NEVER had the problems this company has caused me.

  • Feb 28, 2015

I ordered an anti-wrinkle cream from a Dr Oz site and it was called 'Rejuvenate' but somehow I received lavish and dermabright. I cancelled Lavish in less than 14 days but Dermabright's number was difficult to find and I did call but they said it was too late by 2 days. A normal company goes by business days. They charged me $90. for some cream that burned my face. They were rude and went on the review site to see they have scammed alot of people. I am 60 yrs old and live on a disability check. I thought I was getting a $3.95 cream. It is not even the one I ordered and they refuse to give me my money; can you help?

  • Feb 28, 2015

I ordered a free trial offer of Lavish skin care and Derma bright eye cream. It was an online offer, which stated that only shipping and handling would be charged to my credit card. There was nothing stating that after the free trial offer, another jar of both products would be automatically charged to my credit card.

I received my "free trial" jars of both products, and upon checking my bank statement ( I have a debit card with a credit card logo), I was debited $88.00 and $89.00 respectively for both Lavish skin cream and dermabright eye cream. I immediately googled Lavish skin care company in CA and demanded to speak to a supervisor in customer service. I asked for an explanation of this outrageous situation where my credit card was billed for the aforementioned amounts. I was told, quite tersely, wny didn't I read the "contract" regarding my free trial offer. I stated that there was no "contract," only a big, looming try lavish skiin care and dermabright free and be delighted with the results. Pay only $3.95 for shipping ahd handling. I didn't fall for this scam and demanded a credit for both amounts to my credit card immediately.

I was told that they could only credit my account for 1/3 of the price, and I demanded to speak to another supervisor. I told them I was outraged and would file a complaint with the consumer protection agency, and they then said they would give me 3/4 of the amounts charged to my credit card for both amounts. I said that was not good enough, but they told me that is the best they could do, and sent me emails separately for each product indicating that my credit card was being credited for $66.00 respectively.

I am outraged that the full amount of this unethical scam was not credited to my account.

I want to file a complaint the recoup the balance on my outstanding credit card amount from this unethnical and fraudulant company.

Consumer scam

This company needs to be investigated. Also, Dr. Oz and Oprah should speak out about their names being used and abused for this scam. I also am a victim of this scam. As far as their "terms of Agreement", there was not an option of accepting or not accepting therefore you would have had to search their web site for the terms in order to realize that they even existed. My account also indicates that I placed the order on the 28th of Jan. and the $89 charges were posted on the 10th of Feb. which is prior to the 14 days that they claim they allow for a return.

In November I purchashed Lavish skin care cream from an internet pop-up. I used the cream wasnt impressesd didnt think any more about it but I did notce there was no shipping/billing document with the product. In late December I recieved another bottle and in Februaury one more. All without shipping/billing or products return instructions or restrictions. I had to go to the BBB web site where I found their phone number. Today I called their customer service number and spoke to a delightful (not) floor supervisor named Corrine who asked me when I ordered the product on-line did I read information regaring their return policy? First of all that was three months ago and second no. I explained to her they make it virually impossible to reach them by not providing a shipping list with their product including cost and return/refund information.I told her I wanted to return both bottls and get a full refund, she told me I was only entitled to the February shippment because that would be within fourteen days. Again I told her I wanted a full refund on both shipments at this point shes talking over and getting loud and argumentitive. I told her that was unacceptable what kind of ethical company doesnt inclutde a shipping/billing document to inform you as the consumer? An unethical one who's goal is to screw their customers with their auto ship making it so difficult to do business with them because they dont provide any contact info that people just give up.This company has 32 complaints againt them within the last year to the Better Business Bureau most of them surrounded the auto-ship unable to return or once they say they'll credit you they dont or its the wrong amount. This company is a sham probably ran out of someones garage. All I can say is do not buy their product, save yourself the frustration go to target buy a bottle of Oil of Olay you'll get the same results.
